Extraordinary pictures of the Earth captured by LG G2 from the Space
LG is doing its best efforts to highlight the advantages of its newly released flagship LG G2. The manufacturer uses extraordinary approaches to makes the phone stand out from the sea of high-end devices in the tech world. The flagship boasts a smashing 13MP camera on the back with optical image stabilization and the capability to take photos with excellent quality even in low light. The camera of LG G2 is fantastic. In order to show this, LG goes even further than the campaigns we have seen until now and finds a new way to present the features of the phone from a whole different perspective. LG has made a short video showing the preparation and the actual LG G2 in action while taking photos of the Earth from Space. We admit that this so called “LG G2 experiment” is truly astonishing.
In order to complete the project of the experiment, the team of LG has attached the newly released high-end phone to a balloon with hot gas. That is how the phone reached the 5 miles height where it passed through the troposphere. LG G2 was taking pictures the whole time. The results are smashing photos of the puffy clouds and unforgettable blue sky that cannot be described with words. This was not enough for LG…. they wanted to take photos from the edge of the world on Earth and sent LG G2 even further to the stratosphere. As we know the stratosphere is one of the last “layers” of the atmosphere that embraces the Earth and where the temperatures are literally freezing. It reveals stunning vistas of the space and the planet, and LG G2 succeeds to capture them and bring the magic to the Earth.
Watch the video below and share with us what you think. Who would believe years ago that smartphones will be able to do that?
