Exercise at home with Abs workout for Android
It offers you 6 exercises guaranteed to get you a six pack
It’s no secret that one of the biggest New Year resolutions is leading a healthier life and exercising more and if you’re someone who actually intends to work on that, then the Abs workout app for Android is just the thing you need!
The application contains workout schedules that users can perform in 42 days, without any shortcuts, known as Aerobic Weider Six. The daily workouts for abs consist of 6 exercises, which you have to perform every day in order to get the desired body. With the app you can forget all about push-ups, pulls-ups, squats and such and there is no need to go to the gym. Everything you need will be in the palm of your hand. During the six pack workout, a text to speech engine is used.
Advanced high quality voices like IVONA Text-to-Speech HQ or SVOX are available to download and use custom language accent.
However it has to be noted , that Abs workout should not be used as a personal trainer. Before you start the training you have to ask your own fitness instructor how you should perform each exercise.
The free version of the application is supported by in-app ads and has some limitations as opposed to the premium one, but they’re not vital.
It also must be said that the workout is not designed to lose belly fat, but rather to get flat, muscular abs and a six-pack. There is another special app just for the weight loss and it’s called Caynax HIIT that provides support for interval workouts like Tabata and Fartlek.
