BlackBerry 9720 is a model suitable for first time users. It is a low-end device with a 2.8 inch display having a resolution of 480 x 360 pixels. Below the screen, there is a 35-key QWERTY keyboard so this device is definitely a classic looking BlackBerry model. The processor is 806 MHz backed by 512 MB of RAM. There is also a microSD slot for expansion, a 5 MP camera on the back, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G support. BlackBerry 9720 is powered by a 1450 mAh battery. The dimensions of this phone are 114 x 66 x 12 mm and it weighs 120 grams. The keyboard is made of nice matte plastic. Around the sides there is a rubber strip, while the back cover is ribbed and textured. The case opens at the bottom side and you see the battery. When remove it, you will find the SIM slot at bottom and the microSD slot at top. The phone includes 512 MB of in-built storage, but you can add up to 32 GB more. On the rear side you will see the 5 MP camera. It is comparable to the camera available in the highly popular Nokia Lumia 520. The outcome images have average quality, though the autofocus is not accurate and there are no setting for white balance and exposure. |
