BenQ M100
BenQ M100, introduced in 2004, Q1 – it is a mobile phone with dimensions of 102 x 44 x 18 mm and a weight of 86 grams, the same as the M300 model. The phone comes with the same 1.5 inch screen with 65k colors. Unlike the M300, this model doesn’t have a camera on the back. The other features remain similar, with a 760 mAh battery, three pre-loaded games and the same software features. BenQ M100 includes a phonebook with 500 entries.
