Apple iPod touch 4th generation is without doubts Apple’s second best music player ever released. It includes a 3.5 inch display with a resolution of 640 x 960 pixels and a pixel density of 165ppi. Announced in September 2010, this iPod model is offered with 16 GB of internal storage and the iOS 4.3 upgradable to 6.0. This model shares many of the features available in the iPHone 5 like iMessages, iCloud support, an HD camcorder, and FaceTime video calls. It is equipped with two cameras though they are not high-quality. There is a 0.7 MP camera at the rear and a 0.3 MP front facing one. In terms of design, Apple hasn’t changed much since the third version. The front facing shooter is positioned above the screen and behind the glass. Below the display you can find the HOME button.
The fourth gen iPod Touch has the A4 processor which debuted on iPhone 5. At the same time you are not able to make calls, use GPS, and 3G so the gap between both devices is huge. Gaming is an important part of the iPOD experience, so Apple has enabled the direct access to the App Store. Overall, this iPod model offers you an attractive value / price ratio.
