Alcatel OT-600 is a plastic-made phone from May 2009. It has a small 1.8-inch screen with a resolution of just 128 x 160 pixels. At the same time, the display has a very poor viewing angle. If you go beyond 30 degrees, the picture is barely visible. Under the battery there’s a microSD slot. That enables you to copy music and files from the phone. It is bad that the audio player is not able to put tracks in the right order and it mixes the files up. Similarly, the 1.3 MP camera on the back lacks many features you probably desire. It has no flash or autofocus, and the quality of the images and the videos is rather poor. Even in good light conditions, the images are too grainy and out of focus. The camera also has an annoying shutter lag. From the software side, Alcatel One Touch 600 has a very effective and simple OS. The battery and signal indicators are displayed on the homescreen. Additionally, you can set customizable shortcuts for the camera and message folder. Other features found in the device are: file manager, video player, voice recorder, calculator, Bluetooth connectivity. Overall, this is a light and slim product, suitable for a cheap backup. |
