Nokia announced that it had completed the sale and lease-back of its head office building in Espoo, Finland, in favor of Exilion. Nokia will continue to occupy the facility, but the proceeds from this sale are expected to infuse fresh “blood” into the business “veins” of the giant phone maker.

Mobile Parental launches PhoneSheriff v 2.0
Retina-X Studios launched the PhoneSheriff 2.0. It shall allow parents to monitor and block particular apps and websites coming onto smartphones in real time, and to also put time restrictions on calls, as well as times that the phone cannot be used at all. The software is compatible with Android, iPhone, and BlackBerry handsets and includes a stealth mode so that the person using the phone is not even aware of the software’s presence.
