Samsung to unveil Galaxy Tab 4 alongside with Galaxy Gear 2 at MWC later this month
Samsung is focusing on all three categories at MWC: smartphones, tablets and wearables
Yesterday the alleged specs of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 leaked out and according to the report; the Korean company has been working on all three Tab 4 devices. It seems that we won’t be waiting much longer as Samsung is getting ready to raise some spirits during MWC in Barcelona later this month.
According to the Korean media ZDNet, Samsung will grab some serious attention as the Galaxy Tab 4 won’t be the only devices to steal the spotlight during the event. The other device that will accompany the new tablets will be the next generation smartwatch- the Samsung Galaxy Gear 2. So far, rumors have tipped that the anticipated wearable device will launch alongside with the hot topic flagship Samsung Galaxy S5, but now it seems that the gear has gathered a whole crew for its journey.
With that being said, Samsung is focusing on all three categories at the event: smartphones, tablets and wearables. Revealing the Galaxy S5, Galaxy Tab 4 series and Galaxy Gear 2- now that’s what we call a real show off.
Recapping how awesome these devices will be, let’s start with the Galaxy S5. The fifth generation flagship model will sport a 5.25-inches Super AMOLED display with QHD resolution and a Samsung Exynos 6 or Snapdragon 805 processor under the hood, depending on whether it’s LTE enabled or not. In the meantime, the device will rock your socks off with a 16-megapixel camera and the latest Android KitKat operating system.
The Galaxy Tab 4 tablets to join the high-tier smartphone will arrive in three different sizes- 7.0, 8.0 and 10.1- inches, as the last two will support 4G LTE connectivity. For more details on the specs, read more at our previous report.
According to the latest reports by Korean industry sources, the Galaxy Gear 2 will feature an entirely different and redesigned look compared to the previous gear and will also arrive with a flexible display and more functionality. The great news is that Samsung has learnt from previous mistakes and will launch the smartwatch at more reasonable price.
Stay tuned and, more importantly, stay hype!
