NVIDIA announces Tegra K1 with 192 GPU cores and Unreal Engine 4

AS CES 2014 has started, NVIDIA has taken the stage to announce its new great products. The company proudly unveiled its latest processor the NVIDIA Tegra K1 that makes a huge jump from the NVIDIA Tegra 4 with all 192 cores.
The NVIDIA 192 CUDA-core Tegra K1 superchip is fully programmable by apps and it allows the parallel use of all cores. It appears that NVIDIA is bringing things to a higher level in order to give the best experience to users.
If that doesn’t sound impressive enough for you, NVIDIA is just starting its engines as the company announced that the processor will rock in two versions. So how about a 64-bit A15 CPU? Have we grabbed your attention now? In fact, this is not a fiction as the 64-bit A15 can be a reality via the Tegra K1 that is set to arrive in a variant using a dual-CPU config of NVIDIA Denver processors. So far, NVIDIA has given up only one demo, so stay tuned for more updates on the matter.

Along with that, the company CEO Jen-Hsun Huang decided to throw more oil into the fire with his next announcement that brought the Unreal Engine 4 to anyone’s attention. Apparently, the next generation Unreal Engine will be brought to users via the Tegra K1.
