Xolo LT900 4G LTE launches in India soon
Xolo releases its first 4G capable device Xolo LT900 at Flipkart
The Indian online retailer Flipkart has listed a new smartphone called Xolo LT900. It is a 4G / LTE capable model that first emerged back in October. Since then, we haven’t heard anything about the model in terms of specs and price. Now, the product page at Flipkart reveals a bit more, though the price tag is yet unknown.
The Xolo LT900 will work on Airtel’s 4G wireless network and all consumers will have an access to the Airtel Mobile TV. As far as the specs found on this new model, they include a dual-core Snapdragon processor at 1.5 GHz backed by 1 GB of RAM. It features 8 GB of in-built storage, expandable via microSD. The screen measures 4.3 inches across diagonals, with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. There is an 8 MP camera with dual LED flash on the rear for images and 1080p video capture. Up front, we are looking at a 1 MP camera for video calls. The connectivity options include A-GPS, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. Xolo LT900 is powered by a 1810 mAh battery.
Xolo LT900 measures 66mm x 128.7mm x 9.8mm. The phone is coming with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and several apps pre-installed. Among them are Skype, Cloud Space, Bix Fix and others. At present, no further details about the price level have been disclosed. The listing at Flipkart doesn’t reveal the product launch, but it’s most likely to be in early January 2014. Airtel has already enabled LTE support for Apple iPhone 5C and 5S and the company is looking for some low-cost 4G capable device. The company has promised an LTE support in Bangalore in December.
