HP officially launched four new tablets from the Slate line
Not long ago HP announced its plans to release four new tablets running on the Android platform. Now the new models slates are already official and up-for-sales in the official online store. Meet Slate 7 Plus, Slate 7 Extreme, Slate 8 Pro and Slate10 HD, arriving just in time for the holiday shopping.
Slate of HP is Slate 8 Pro features a display with 8-inches diagonal and a resolution of 1200x1600p. The device is running on the Android 4.2 update. It is powered by a quad-core CPU Tegra 4, ticking at 1.8GHz with 1GB RAM on board. There are 16GB of internal memory in the tablet. HP Slate 8 Pro works with 5680mAh battery. It provides two cameras. HP Slate 7 Plus sports a 7-inches screen with a resolution of 1280x800p. It runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS. Under the hood of the new tablet is ticking a quad-core CPU with Tegra 3 chip, clocked at 1.3GHz and paired with 1GB RAM. Users of the Slate 7 Plus have 8GB storage at their disposal. The last but not least new Slate is the biggest model HP Slate 10 HD. It is equipped with a 10-inches display with 1280x800p resolution. The operating system that is pre-installed on the tablet is Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. The processor of the Slate 10 HD is a dual-core 1.2GHz with Marvell PXA968 chipset paired with 1GB RAM.
