Sony is rolling-out an update for Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra
Yesterday Sony launched its flagships Sony Xperia Z1 and Sony Xperia Z Ultra available for sales on its website. Today the news from the Japanese manufacturer is that both smartphones will get an update. Before you ask – no, it is not the anticipated Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. If fact rumors say that Xperia Z1 might never get the 4.3 Jelly Bean and will skip directly to Android 4.4 KitKat. The updated firmware that is ready for roll-out to the devices brings some improvements to the display, the battery and the camera.
The screen will be enriched with more sensitivity which makes it highly responsive to touch of fingers and stylus as well. The update brings re-calibrating of the screen which significantly improves the streamlining Exchange connection and enriches the speed for syncing of emails on the go.
