LG G2 for Korea will boast a 2,610mAh removable battery and microSD slot
The battery with a capacity of 3,000mAh and integrated new approach is among the most significant advantages of the newly released LG G2. However, not long after the phone was presented for first time, speculations begun whether the battery of the device is really with those specs. Some reliable sources pointed the capacity of 2,610mAh as the actual specs of the battery. Another interesting topic about LG G2 is the presence or the absence of a microSD slot. The official event for the presentation of the flagship did not include support for microSD cards. The official documents of the phone does include microSD slot. Where is the truth?
Recently, all the current misunderstandings were cleared up thanks to the UnderKG from Korea that presented the unboxing of LG G2. Apparently, the new flagship of LG will arrive with an international version and the original device that we saw at the event. The Korean version will be slightly different than the international model. The Korean model of the flagship boasts the smaller mentioned above battery – 2,610mAh capacity. It is the Li-Ion version of the battery. It is removable battery, a nice suspire for users that prefer to replace the battery once it runs out of power.
The Korean version of LG G2 arrives with a microSD slot that enables expansion of the storage with additional 64GB. This model of the flagship is slightly thicker than the version that will hit the world markets. For example the original LG G2 will sport a body which is 9.14 in thickness. The panel of the international version will be with 0.24 millimeters slimmer… hardly noticeable.
If you are a fan of LG G2, watch the video of the unboxing of the device. Even though it is not in English, it is worth it to get a better idea for the whole package that the flagship has to offer.
