Moto X might arrive with Clear Pixel Camera
Rumors, leaks and predictions around Moto X are continuing to fuel the excitement around the launching of the new high end smartphone by Motorola. The newest information that unveils a bit of the mystery around the new model smartphone says that Moto X will be armored with an extraordinary camera that will “feature a Clear Pixel Camera with gesture controls.” To be fair, we are also a little confused about what this feature exactly mean. Not long ago, Google promised to bring an “insanely great” camera that will adorn the Nexus phone. Rumors say that the camera will be provided by Nikon. Will the same promised camera for Nexus be integrated in Moto X as well? The concepts of both devices are kept separated for now. The possibility of Moto X to get the new camera still remains.
What is so special that the “insanely great” camera will provide? The latest speculations reveal that the camera will be 10MP. It will be compatible for a device with a 720p HD display that works with dual-core Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 Pro CPU.
The new camera comes with the ambition to make you forget forever for the “dark, blurry pics and lack of details.” One of the speculations about the technology that will be used for the camera of Moto X includes the so called Panchromatic technology, known also as “clear” pixels. It has been integrated by Kodak in the past. This technology provides two to four times better light sensitivity. Motorola has not confirmed the information about the Clear Pixel camera. The expected launch date of Moto X is in the Q3, or earlier, so the best thing we can do is to wait patiently and follow the rumors and the leaks around the device.
What are your expectations of the new camera that should bring a better quality of low-light photos with Moto X? The concept of Moto X includes abundance of customizable options and it seems that the camera that will adorn the device will be in tune with the whole idea for the phone that “you can design yourself.”
