Amazon UK offers £25 off the Kindle Fire tablets
Amazon, the retailer voted number one for customer satisfaction in the UK for the seventh consecutive year now offers £25 discounts for its Kindle Fire tablets. All Kindle Fire tablets will be sold for a limited time with £25 off the regular price.
The discount applies for all Kindle Fire models. You can use the discount by applying the code MAYDAY25 at checkout. The offer is limited and expires tomorrow January 20 at 11.59 p.m. UK time.
Amazon Kindle Fire HD with 8 GB of storage cost just £94 after the discount. It has a 7-inch screen with a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution and a dual-core processor at 1.5 GHz.
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is £174 for the 16 GB version. The tablet has a better screen resolution (1920 x 1200), a faster processor (quad-core at 2.2 GHz), front facing HD camera, Wi-Fi and 4G.
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 with 16 GB internal storage is £304. This model has a large 8.9 inch screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. There are there optional variants regarding the internal storage – with 16, 32 or 64 GB. The tablet comes with 4G, Wi-Fi, a 2.2 GHz quad-core processor and two cameras (HD + 8MP).
As far as the Kindle Fire HD 8.9, you don’t need to apply the code, since Amazon has already taken £50 off the regular price for the tablet. The HD 8.9 model now costs £179 instead of £229. The spec list includes an 8.9 inch display with a 1920 x 1200 pixels, dual-core processor at 1.5 GHz, 16 or 32 GB of storage, front facing HD camera and Wi-Fi.
